 We are fortunate to have family living in this part of the world & they have gone away so we are  house sitting & feeding the cat.

Yet again we are blessed with another Beautiful day starting at Mudeford we head off towards Milford passing Avon beach soft golden sand so good for the skin 😏

We are now slightly inland due to Highcliff Castle, Highcliff beach & Hoburne Naish Holiday Park being private land.

However as we head towards Highcliff Castle we find that we are passing through the publicly accessible areas.

Continuing on we exit the grounds & are back walking along side the A337 Lymington Road which we follow for some distance BUT we have now entered Hampshire, Another county to walk through.

Hampshire!!

Shortly after we cross into Hampshire the path turns off the road & heads into the country side through Chewton Bunny Nature Reserve with its own water feature.

Coming out into the open on the cliff tops with views out over the English Channel & the cliff erosion, You will have seen the picture at the top of this section of Blog well here are some pictures of the result of Global warming & rising seas, We have in a previous section had cliff erosion with fence posts hanging in mod air!
